The time is based upon each individual project. Website design projects can take up to 5-7 working days, meanwhile design projects can take up to 2-3 working days. This is just an estimate but please let us know and we can work with you. We will always inform clients if there is a dely.

Working with an existing logo or drawing you already have is possible. You will be given three concept in which to choose from but if you already have an idea or one of your own we can certainly use it. Additional concepts may be provided upon request, up to two, no extra charges.

We want to offer a fair payment process for all parties involved. We are able to secure compensation for or work when a down payment is offered. They will have the security of knowing they are not putting all payments upfront. Our down payment typically requires half to start with then once the project if approved by the client then the other half is then paid. On rare occasions, should a client wish to discontinue the project or change design companies, we do not refund any deposit. The amount that is paid by first deposit is to cover our time and effort.

Yes! This is possible, a standard contract can be provided with details of each project discuss before getting started. The down payment is proof of agreement to the terms and condition of the project, however a signed contract can be provided for your project.

Printing is not currently available. Payment for printing services should be dealt with the print company. For now we serve as the middle man to make the connection easier for clients.
